Nik Ridley | Founder, CruWalk / Art by Nik Ridley
As a professional visual artist and Founder of AZCRU, an Art+Apparel collective based in Phoenix, Arizona, I provide fine art for both residential and business interiors, exhibit in galleries and art spaces, and provide online/social media marketing and design consultation.
I am currently a Resident Artist at Phoenix Center for the Arts Thunderbird Arts Center, where I also serve as the Youth Department Head. In addition, I am a Member of Arizona State University - Gammage Teaching Artists Program (produced in collaboration with the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, teaching the Kennedy Center arts integration method via public school residencies.

Tiesha Harrison is Founder and CEO of I Love This Journey, LLC. I Love This Journey is an inspirational brand which focuses on mindful living transformation. She built a successful career by combining her creativity, detail orientation, exceptional customer service and inclusive leadership.
These unique skills have led to supporting many organizations and leading significant community projects. She currently works for a non-profit organization called Valley Leadership and worked in the fashion industry in positions like brand manager for Neiman Marcus Luxury Essentials and Cashmere. Passionate about inspiring and helping others, she volunteered for many organizations in the valley and is currently a Make-a-Wish Foundation Wish Granter. She finds pure joy in travel, meditation, and creative expression while living her purpose.
Mia B. Adams | Model Coordinator
Mia B. Adams is a nationally exhibited multimedia artist that currently resides in Phoenix, AZ. Adams holds a BFA in Art with a focus in Intermedia from Arizona State University's Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Through her studio practice and community involvement, Adams is actively working towards exploring and challenging the interconnections of art and activism.
Randi England | Wardrobe Stylist
Randi England got her start in fashion when she enrolled in The Art Institute of Phoenix for Fashion Design. She was halfway through her degree when it closed in 2018. She has volunteered and worked at F.A.B.R.I.C., a local fashion incubator, for going on three years as an event/fashion show/ model coordinator.
Randi worked as model coordinator for a fashion show featuring past Project Runway designers, and has also worked as staff for many outside shows, including dressing for Scottsdale Fashion Week two years in a row. She has done wardrobe styling for Nike and Luxe & City to name a few. She is a model herself, who has walked for Mac Viva Glam, appeared in Gothesque Magazine in 2017, walked for Dillard’s, and was also featured on Channel 3 news for an on air fashion show.
Randi is also a runway coach, the Secretary of the Board for Fashion Group International Arizona Chapter, and was featured in Voyage Magazine in April 2019. She is a booking manager for an up and coming artist, JC Triple Threat.
